Facilitated over 4800 client work orders. Acquired an estimated 95% client satisfaction for sanctioned work orders.
Alleviated $60000 (estimate) by standardizing terminal box material property, mounts, and position using DFM.
Efficiently managed workflow leading to 20% reduced backlog by prioritizing weekly open issues followed by release/change process with proper documentation.
Trained 20 apprentices in analyzing customer requirements, basic engineering drawing, material selection, and GD&T.
Extensively managed design and analysis of induction motors, bearings, connectors, switches, and terminal boxes.
Used Solidworks to model and conduct FEA on motor components to analyze stress under no-load/load conditions.
Developed, tracked, and updated component-specific Quality documents like DFMEA, DVPs, Quality check sheets, etc.
Advocated cross-functional teams and supplier teams to meet Quality, Cost, Weight, and Area classification requirements.
Arbitrated with suppliers to support deliverables as related to APQP and PPAP.
Coordinated with clients from across 4 continents to contribute in increasing work order completion from 90% to 93% reported in quarterly KPI.
Samples of the motors I worked on

An air cooled (staggered tube arrangement) horizontal left side mounted master line induction motor with custom terminal box and tab mounts.

A W60 line horizontally left mounted duct cooled (air) induction motor with a power rating of 1000 kW, 4 pole, 3 phase and 10,000 Volts operating at 50 Hz supply.

A W60 line water cooled horizontally left mounted induction motor with a power rating of 1000 kW, 4 pole, 3 phase and 10,000 Volts operating at 50 Hz supply.

A W60 line air cooled horizontally left mounted induction motor with dampers to reduce noise for low noise requirements from customer, having a power rating of 1000 kW, 2 pole, 3 phase and 10,000 Volts operating at 50 Hz supply.
