Responsibilities

August 2024 - Present (1.2 years)

  1. Design Validation (DV) and the Processes Verification (PV) for different architectures for all types of Electric Propulsion and Electric Power Take Off components.

  2. Populate and review I/O’s relevant to ePropulsion architecture and application plan for cross-functional alignment.

  3. Provide technical assistance across cross-functional areas for E-Motor, Inverter & Power Electronics relevant to Procurement, Manufacturing, Assembly, Service, and Warranty organizations.

  4. Support prototype build and test activities associated with their respective components, subsystems, and project.

  5. Stay abreast of new e-Motors/Inverters/Electronics technology, including Benchmarking and cascade regional requirements in the global competence circle.

  6. Participate in the Electric Drives technical roadmap and develop different concepts (virtual and experimental) for the Propulsion System and Power Take Off System to meet its life and quality requirements

Key Achievements

  • Selected to be a part of the core-competency circle (Value creation team, VCT-Medium light-duty inverter/motor)

  • Collaborated to develop rare-earth-free magnet prototype motors as part of VCT.

  • Drove the High-Voltage bench set-up for integrating the e-propulsion unit into the energy management system and going HV-ready.
